How to Order Prescription Items?

The steps required to obtain a prescription item for your pet are as follows:

1. Ask your vet to write a prescription for the item required.

Unsure of what a prescription is? A valid prescription must contain the following parts:
·  Clinic Information & Date of Issue

·  Owner Information

·  Patient Information

·  Medication Information

·  Veterinarian's Information, signature, stamp and AVS license number

2. Once you have the prescription, you can search for the medication listed on our website. If you have any doubts about which item to add to your cart, or if you can't find the item you're looking for, contact us and we can help you out.

3. To complete your order, please upload a copy of the prescription as you add the prescription item to the cart. If you are unsure of the validity of your prescription or your total quantity allowed, email us : support.petessentialsg@gmail.com, we would be more than happy to help. 

4. Once we have received your order, it will usually take 1-3 business days to process it. In the meantime, if you have the original hardcopy prescription with you, ensure that you do not lose it or throw it away. Having the physical copy ready at hand and attaching the correct documents during the ordering process ensures a smooth transaction and that your pet receives its medication as soon as possible.

5. Upon delivery or self collection of the prescription order, the original prescription paper will be collected.
