1. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Time
1.1 Regular Orders
Upon your order placement, order processing usually takes 3-5 working days, and in-stock orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days. For local Singapore orders, delivery takes 2-4 working days after dispatch; for orders to other countries/regions worldwide, delivery takes 7-10 working days after dispatch. All the above timeframes are estimated and exclude public holidays and customs clearance time.
1.2 Pre-order/Backorder Items
If your order contains pre-order or backorder items, we will ship all in-stock items first, and arrange the dispatch of pre-order/backorder items immediately upon their arrival. Different items may be delivered in separate batches, and there is no need for reordering—your remaining items will be shipped successively.
1.3 Disclaimer on Delivery Timeliness
We will make every effort to ensure delivery timeliness. 2.3 Restrictions on Delivery Address
· All orders must include a valid daytime delivery address for signature collection, as well as a genuine and reachable phone number/email address. · Large orders, bulky items, and pet food/medicines cannot be delivered to Post Office (PO) Box addresses. We shall not be liable for any delivery failures caused by the provision of such addresses, and all responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.
· We are temporarily unable to deliver to some remote areas. If your order address falls within a non-delivery area, we will notify you immediately and arrange for an order cancellation and refund, or a change to the nearest deliverable address in consultation with you.

4. Shipping Address Modification
· It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so the window for address modification is limited.
· If you find an error in the shipping address you provided, you must contact our official customer service email immediately to request a modification. We will be unable to assist with address changes if the order has already been fulfilled/shipped, and all losses arising therefrom (e.g., delivery failure, package return) shall be borne by the customer.
5. Packaging
· All products are delivered in our standard packaging, which complies with cross-border transportation and storage requirements for pet products (food/medicines) to ensure no damage or deterioration during transit.
6. Risk Transfer
· The risk of damage, loss, or destruction of the products shall pass to the customer upon the actual signature and receipt of the package.
· If delivery is delayed due to the customer’s own fault (e.g., incorrect address, no one available for signature, refusal of delivery), the risk of the products shall pass to the customer on the date when delivery would have been completed but for such fault. After the risk has passed, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the products.

7. Loss, Damage & Non-Delivery
7.1 Notification of Damage/Loss
If you receive the products and find all or part of the items damaged, lost, or missing, you must notify us via our customer service email within 3 calendar days from the estimated delivery date, and provide supporting documents including clear photos of the damaged/lost items and the logistics waybill. We will process the claim in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7.2 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we shall not be liable for lost/stolen packages. You must file a report/claim directly with the corresponding logistics carrier with the tracking information, and we will assist in providing relevant order proof documents if needed.
7.3 Delivery Failure Due to Force Majeure
If product delivery is prevented due to force majeure events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, customs seizure, logistics service suspension), we reserve the right to either extend the delivery period until after the force majeure event ceases, or cancel the order and issue a full refund. · Pet medicines are special products, and their delivery is subject to the customs policies of the destination country/region. If medicines are seized or returned due to customs policies, we will assist you with the refund process and shall not be liable for any other damages.
· All pet food/medicines have a clear shelf life, and we will ensure the remaining shelf life meets cross-border delivery and usage requirements when dispatching the order. If you find an abnormal shelf life upon receiving the goods, you must notify us via our customer service email within 24 hours, and we will verify and process the issue promptly.
